Hello, I’m Liz, the maker behind Alice Loves Crafting.
Alice Loves Crafting was born in Christmas 2025, after many years spent lovingly creating handmade gifts for friends and family. Their delight and encouragement inspired me to take a quiet leap and begin sharing my work more widely.
I come from a long line of crafters — my mum, grandma, aunties and cousins — and over the years I’ve absorbed countless tips, traditions and techniques passed down through generations. I grew up in a deeply rural part of West Wales, where neighbours were miles apart and days were shaped by sea air, open countryside and long stretches of peaceful solitude. It was an environment that naturally nurtured creativity, and I was always making something with my hands.
Today, I create small-batch, hand-crafted products designed to bring comfort, calm and simple joy. My collection includes aromatherapy shower steamers, bath melts, lotion bars, aromatherapy candles, seasonal candles and wax melts. Wherever possible, I use natural ingredients and botanicals, and I strive to work in a way that is thoughtful, sustainable and considered — from materials to processes.
Alongside running Alice Loves Crafting, I work part-time as an Emotional Support Assistant in a local secondary school, supporting students with additional needs. Crafting plays an important role here too, offering a safe and creative space for communication, confidence-building and quiet achievement.
Every item from Alice Loves Crafting is made entirely by hand, with care, intention and a genuine love for the simple pleasure that thoughtfully made things can bring.
