# Dispatch

Most order are dispatched the same or next (working) day. However, please bear in mind that I am running this business alone and that sometimes it may take me a little longer to get your order out to you. If you need an item by a specific date, please [get in touch](/contact-us) before placing your order to ensure I can meet your requirements.

# Made to order

Whilst many of my products are made in advance and can be shipped quickly, some items are made to order. These are clearly marked as such in my listings. It may take me several days to prepare your order before it can be dispatched. So again,  if you need an item by a specific date, please [get in touch](/contact-us) first.

# Shipping

We use **Royal Mail** and **Evri** tracked and insured services for all of our deliveries.

I usually dispatch orders with **Evri**  **Monday - Friday around 5pm** and most (but not all) **Saturday mornings.**

I am unable to drop parcels off with **Royal Mail**, so I arrange for them to be collected from me. Collection is usually the following day after I book the post with them. Hence **Royal Mail** deliveries can take an extra day to arrive. 

# Returns

We always accept returns for any defective products.

Other returns are considered on a case by case basis.
